647th Street North Palm Harbor Side Yard Pavers

Side yards on 647th Street North in Palm Harbor are the service corridor: AC pad, hose bib, fence line, and a gate a mower barely clears. A flat paver strip there becomes a pond against the house.

What the side yard has to do

We set the pitch past the condenser, not into it. The bib and any irrigation sleeve stay in a liftable bay so a future pull does not crack the field. 60 mm is enough for foot traffic. A cart route gets 80 mm. The edge against the fence is a course that can be swapped when the boards rot.

Staging

Cut dust stays off the neighbor's bed. Materials stage on mats. We do not bury a cleanout or a condensate line under a locked joint.
