651st Street North Crystal Beach Courtyard Pavers
Courtyards on 651st Street North in Crystal Beach are usually the only flat place left between the cottage and the screen cage. Oak shade, a downspout, and a side gate barely wider than a wheelbarrow set the job.
PaverForge Hardscapes builds that court so it drains, stays even under a grill and a chair, and does not trap water against the slab. Call 727-490-9798 or book at https://www.paverforge.com/book-online.
What the court has to do
Shade keeps the sand damp. A thin sand bed pumps. We excavate to a compacted aggregate base, pitch away from the house toward a working low point, and pin an edge that will not kick out when the oak moves.
Patio thickness is fine where no car parks. If the court doubles as extra parking, the field goes to 80mm. The border is a course that can be lifted without opening the whole court.
How to start
Send photos of the downspout, the gate width, and any ponding after rain. PaverForge is based in St. Pete Beach and works Crystal Beach courtyards with the same crew that builds the aprons.
