65th Street North St. Pete Courtyards
Courtyards on 65th Street North are usually a lanai pad, a grill run, and a tight gate, not a showpiece plaza. The failure is standing water against the slab after a west-side storm.
Track clearance and fall
We hold the finished paver below the lanai track so the screen door still clears, and we fall the field away from the house. Irrigation overspray is treated as a design load: a dense base and a joint that does not wash out under a rotor.
Edge restraint stays inside the landscape bed. A border that creeps into the lawn becomes a trip line by the second wet season. Where a condenser sits in the court, we leave a service path and a pad that does not trap condensate on the pavers.
A field you can repair
Concrete pavers in a current line are easier to match five years later than a discontinued travertine lot. Material is the last layer. PaverForge Hardscapes sets the base on 65th Street North first. Call 727-490-9798.
