660th Street North Palm Harbor Paver Driveway Aprons
The apron on 660th Street North in Palm Harbor is where the driveway meets the public edge. Most calls are a settled apron that ponds at the sidewalk after rain. PaverForge Hardscapes rebuilds that bay so the turn-in stays locked. Call 727-490-9798 or book at https://www.paverforge.com/book-online.
Why the street edge moves
Turning loads hit the first two courses. A thin sand bed under those courses dishes, and water sits against the sidewalk. Edge restraint that was only a plastic strip in loose soil creeps toward the road.
We rebuild the base under the tire path, compact it in lifts, and reset the pitch to the street. The new apron ties into the driveway field if those stones are still sound. Joint sand is locked after compaction, then left alone while it cures.
What to send
Photos of the sidewalk joint, the low spot, and the first few feet of driveway are enough. We walk the apron before we lock a number. Crystal Beach and Ozona aprons are the same crew.
