689th Street North Palm Harbor Side Yard Pavers

689th Street North side yards in Palm Harbor are a gate run between the AC condenser, a hose bib, and the neighbor fence. The path has to take a mower and a trash cart without scraping the wall or holding rinse water against the slab.

What the side yard actually needs

We set a trapped drain at the low point so condensate and hose water leave the run. The field is pitched to that drain, not to the fence line. Edge restraint stays off the wall so a future fence repair does not lift the first course.

A 60mm stone is enough if the cart is the heaviest load. If the gate is also the boat-trailer path, we say so and switch to 80mm on a driveway base. Thickness does not replace base.
