68th Street North St. Pete Side Yards
Side yards on 68th Street North are service corridors. Trash carts, a condenser, and a hose bib all share a strip that stays wet longer than the front walk.
Base above the wet grade
We strip the soft sand, set a compacted base above the seasonal wet line, and pitch the strip so hose water and condensate leave the fence line. A trapped low spot against the neighbor fence is how these paths fail.
The field is narrow on purpose. We leave condenser clearance for service and a straight edge so the fence contractor is not cutting pavers later. Where a downspout dumps into the side yard, the path stops short of the splash and the splash gets its own pad.
Not a patio squeezed thin
A side yard is not a leftover patio. PaverForge Hardscapes builds it as a cart path with drainage. Call 727-490-9798 for 68th Street North and the surrounding north St. Pete blocks.
