691st Street North in Ozona is often a side-gate path toward a canal or bay walk, not the front-door strip. Shell, irrigation overspray, and a low seawall walk already own the edges. The field has to stay even where a cart turns.

What fails on this walk

A sand bed over shell dishes under the cart wheel. A proud collar at the seawall walk becomes a toe catch. We excavate to a compacted aggregate base where the shell allows, set a restraint off the wall, and pitch rinse water to a low point that already drains.

If the path is also the hose route to a dock washdown, we leave a flush collar plan for that fitting instead of burying it. The marine contractor owns the fitting. We own the paver bay.
