75th Avenue North St. Pete Courtyards
75th Avenue North sits a few blocks north of the Shore Acres canal streets, on lots that are tight between the house, a screen cage, and a side gate. Courtyard pavers here were often laid flat because the yard looked level on a dry day.
What the lot needs
After a July storm the low corner holds water against the lanai track. That is a base and slope problem, not a sealer problem. We pull the field, rebuild the base, and pitch the stones to a drain or a lawn edge that can take the water.
How we build it
Edge restraint matters on these courtyards because the screen-cage footer and the house slab do not move with the pavers. We keep an isolation joint so the field can shift a little without buckling the first course.
How to start a quote
Call PaverForge Hardscapes at 727-490-9798. A few photos of the ponding line and the screen-cage track are enough to tell us whether this is a re-level or a partial re-lay.
