77th Avenue South Pinellas Point Paver Approaches

77th Avenue South sits in Pinellas Point, a few blocks north of the bay and east of the mangrove shoreline. Lots here mix older ranch houses with newer rebuilds, and the driveway throat usually meets a city sidewalk that has already been lifted once.

What the avenue actually does to a paver field

Shade from live oaks holds moisture in the joints after a July storm. Sandy fill under a thin bedding layer pumps out at the apron, and the first soldier course rocks before the rest of the field does. We open the failed strip, rebuild the compacted base, and reset the approach so water leaves the garage and does not pond at the sidewalk.

How PaverForge builds the approach

PaverForge Hardscapes excavates to a stable subgrade, sets edge restraint, and locks the joints with polymeric sand rated for coastal humidity. Where a utility box or irrigation valve sits in the throat, we leave a flush ring so the lid can still come off. We do not grind or replace the city sidewalk.

Call 727-490-9798 or use the book-online page. Photos of the apron, the sidewalk joint, and any low spot are enough to start a Pinellas Point walk-through.
