7th Street NE Old Northeast Side Yards
7th Street NE side yards are the service corridor: meter, condenser, hose bib, and the only path to the back court. They are too narrow for a full driveway and too used to leave as mulch.
PaverForge Hardscapes builds those runs from St. Pete Beach. Call 727-490-9798 or send gate and meter photos through https://www.paverforge.com/book-online.
Clearance first
We lay the field out around the meter, the condenser pad, and any downspout that already dumps in the yard. A paver tight against a meter is a future cut. A field that covers a cleanout is a future tear-out.
The water table on these lots sits close after a summer storm. A sand bed on native soil pumps up and the joints open. Compacted aggregate and a pitch to a legal outfall are the spec, even on a three-foot run.
What the quote includes
A module that fits the gate without a sliver cut at the post.
Edge restraint on the fence side so the course does not kick out.
A step or landing only where the house slab and the yard grade actually differ.
Room to pull the condenser later without sawing the whole run.
Reuse of sound pavers when the failure is the base, not the stone.
If the path rocks only at the downspout, we fix the splash and re-level that bay. If the whole run has settled, we rebuild it.
We work 7th Street NE with the numbered streets east of it and the avenue grid back toward Coffee Pot Bayou.
