88th Avenue North St. Pete Side Yards
Side yards on 88th Avenue North are tight: an AC condenser, a meter, and a fence that leaves one cart width. A path set on sand settles under the condenser and traps water at the slab.
What the side yard has to keep open
We leave service clearance at the condenser, keep the meter readable, and pitch the path to the yard or a drain that already works. The edge stays restrained so the field does not creep into the fence.
Condensate should land on a splash pad, not on open joints. We set that collar when the path is rebuilt so the drip does not mine the base.
How a repair starts
Photos of the condenser side, the gate, and any standing water are enough. Call PaverForge Hardscapes at 727-490-9798. We walk the lot before we quote.
