Crystal Beach lots on 909th Street North are narrow and often have live oaks that lift older concrete. A courtyard field needs a base that can be re-leveled without tearing out the whole patio.
We use interlocking pavers on a compacted base with a soldier course that can be swapped, and we sleeve irrigation and lighting so future work does not open the field.
