92nd Avenue North St. Pete Walkways
92nd Avenue North walkways are the narrow run from the driveway to the seawall steps, often squeezed by an AC condenser and a meter bank.
What the path has to clear
A 30-inch path is too tight for a trash cart and a person. The condenser needs service clearance, and the seawall step should not become a trip edge when the field settles.
Hold cart width where the side yard allows it
Leave a lift-out course at the meter and the condenser pad
Pitch the run to the yard, not into the house wall
Set the seawall landing flush so the step nosing stays even
How we set it
We compact the base for foot traffic, restrain both edges, and keep the joints locked. PaverForge Hardscapes is in St. Pete Beach. Call 727-490-9798 or book at https://www.paverforge.com/book-online.
