92nd Street North St. Pete Courtyards

92nd Street North courtyards are the tight rectangles between a carport, a lanai screen, and a side fence. Shade from live oaks holds water there after an afternoon storm, and a sand-set field walks toward the low corner.

PaverForge Hardscapes installs and re-levels courtyard pavers on these west St. Petersburg lots. The work is drainage and edge restraint first, color second. Call 727-490-9798 or use the book-online page.

What we see in the courtyard

Typical calls are a rocking field at the screen door, a birdbath at the downspout, and an edge that has crept under the fence. If the stones are still sound and the base is only locally soft, we lift and re-level. If the bed was a thin sand layer, we excavate and rebuild.

  • Compacted aggregate base sized for foot traffic, and for a golf cart if one crosses the court.

  • Pitch to a swale, a drain line, or a low point that already works.

  • Rigid edge restraint so the first course does not walk into the planting bed.

  • Joint sand locked after compaction, not left to wash out in the first storm.

Access

Many 92nd Street North courts are reached through a 36-inch gate. We plan the cut and the base haul for that width so the screen cage and the neighbor fence stay intact. Confirm property pins before the border goes in.

PaverForge Hardscapes is based in St. Pete Beach. For a 92nd Street North courtyard quote, send photos of the low corner, the gate, and the downspout.
