93rd Street North St. Pete Walkways
93rd Street North walkways run from a sidewalk that the city still owns to a stoop that the oak has been lifting for decades. The path looks short. The roots and the pitch are the whole job.
PaverForge Hardscapes builds and re-levels those walks in west St. Petersburg when the concrete has broken at the expansion joint or the pavers rock underfoot. Call 727-490-9798 or book a walkthrough at paverforge.com/book-online.
A walk that stays put
We set the finished elevation off the stoop and the sidewalk, then cut a path the width of a person with a bin or a stroller. A soldier-course border can be lifted later if a root has to be managed. We do not promise to remove a protected oak.
Undercut soft pockets instead of paving over them.
Pitch off the house toward the street or a side swale.
Edge restraint that stays through heat and rain.
A landing at the stoop so the door swing clears the field.
When a re-level is enough
If the stones are intact and only a few courses have settled at the sidewalk, we lift, add base, and reset. If the field was sand on native soil, a reset will sink again. That call is made on site.
