95th Avenue North St. Pete Aprons
95th Avenue North sits in northeast St. Petersburg, a short run from Shore Acres and the bayou streets. Most calls here are not a full new driveway. They are the apron: the strip between the city sidewalk and the garage, where the old concrete has cracked at the joint and the paver field, if there is one, has dropped at the tire path.
What fails on these aprons
Oak roots lift one side of the sidewalk. Afternoon rain then sheets off the roof and lands on a low apron that pitches back toward the garage. A color match does not fix that. The apron has to meet the sidewalk without a trip lip and shed water to the gutter.
Cut and reset only the failed apron when the rest of the drive is still sound
Compacted aggregate base under the tire path, not a sand bed on native fill
Edge restraint at the sidewalk joint so the first course does not creep
Pitch to the street gutter, checked with a level before the field is locked
Access and quote
Lots on 95th Avenue North are usually reachable from the street, which keeps haul-off simpler than a beach cottage side yard. PaverForge Hardscapes walks the apron before locking a number. Call 727-490-9798 or book a walkthrough at paverforge.com/book-online.
