96th Street North walkways are the last residential paths before the west St. Petersburg grid loosens toward Cross Bayou and the Tyrone edge. Lots are older, shade is heavy, and many walks have been patched in concrete that no longer matches the stoop.

From sidewalk to door

We align the walk with the existing stoop and the city sidewalk, then decide on site whether the field can be reset or needs a new base. Roots get a liftable border. Water gets a pitch away from the house.
