98th Avenue North St. Pete Side Yards
Side yards on 98th Avenue North are the service lane: pool equipment, AC condensers, and a path to the backyard. They are often under three feet at the gate. A crew that plans for a wide trailer will stall on the first load.
Side-yard build
We plan delivery around the gate before anyone digs. The path needs a base that can take a cart and a technician, pitch away from the stem wall, and a flush collar where a hose bib or condensate line already dumps. Standing water against the house is the problem we are hired to stop.
Gate width measured before material is ordered
Base depth for foot and cart traffic, not a decorative sand set
Pitch off the house toward a yard drain or the rear lawn
Equipment pads isolated so vibration does not telegraph into the walk

Photos of the gate, the equipment, and the low corner are enough to schedule. Call PaverForge Hardscapes at 727-490-9798 or book at paverforge.com/book-online.
