Albert Street Dunedin Paver Approaches

Albert Street is a short Dunedin residential block off the downtown grid, with courtyard drives, a city sidewalk, and lots that drain toward the street if the apron is built right.

Courtyard approaches

Several Albert Street houses sit close to the walk. The approach is a single car width, and the turn into the garage is tight. A running-bond field walks under that turn. Herringbone holds it.

We set the apron flush to the Dunedin sidewalk, keep the bedding sand off the concrete gutter, and leave the irrigation valve box in a collar so the lawn crew can open it without prying pavers.
