Arlington Park St. Pete Paver Driveways
Arlington Park sits in northeast St. Petersburg, a pocket of older lots where driveways meet city sidewalks, brick streets, and mature oaks. PaverForge Hardscapes builds and resets paver drives here from our St. Pete Beach shop, phone 727-490-9798.
Most Arlington Park approaches are short, but the details are not. Utility lids, irrigation boxes, and a sidewalk throat often land in the same ten feet. We excavate to a compacted crushed-concrete base, set a one-way or crowned pitch away from the garage, and pin edge restraint before the first tire rolls on.
Brick public streets nearby mean the private field should stop at the property side of the apron. If the city apron or curb cut is the failure, that work is permitted separately from the private pavers. We photograph the joint so a later utility cut can be rebuilt without guessing the pattern.
80 mm concrete pavers on driveways, with a darker soldier border that hides tire scuff
Geotextile under sugar-sand or organic pockets before the base goes in
Flush water-meter and cleanout rings so the field does not rock around lids
Garage threshold matched so water does not sit against the slab
