Boca Ciega Isles Neighborhood Driveways
Boca Ciega Isles sits on the south St. Petersburg waterfront, between Boca Ciega Bay and the Pinellas Bayway. Lots are low, streets are narrow, and the apron is often the first place king-tide splash shows up.
What these canal lots need
Older concrete drives here commonly crack at the garage lip and settle toward the seawall. A paver rebuild starts with a compacted base, not a sand overlay. We pitch the field to the street or a trapped inlet, and we keep a clean joint where the private drive meets the city apron.
Salt air and boat-trailer traffic argue for an 80mm driveway unit and a pinned edge restraint. Side yards are tight, so pallet drops usually stage on the drive itself after the old slab is gone.
How to start
Call PaverForge Hardscapes at 727-490-9798 or email PaverForge@gmail.com. Send photos of the apron, the garage threshold, and any low spot near the seawall. We walk the lot before we lock a number, and we serve this pocket from the St. Pete Beach shop.
