Cordova Boulevard NE aprons are the short slope from the garage to the gutter on Snell Isle. They take the car, the stormwater, and the first look from the street.

Where these aprons fail

A pretty band of pavers on a thin bed rocks at the garage lip and ponds at the sidewalk. We cut the apron back to a base that can carry a vehicle, pitch it to the street, and restrain the edge so the field does not creep into the gutter.
