Dartmouth Avenue NE Snell Isle Walkways
Dartmouth Avenue NE is a Snell Isle street of older homes, brick paving in places, and walks that run from a shaded front yard to a bay or canal landing. The walk is part of the approach, so a patch of mismatched concrete reads louder here than it does on a newer subdivision street.
PaverForge ties the new walk to the existing brick or apron joint instead of floating a band across it. Oak roots get a lift-out course. The landing at the water stays a separate pad so the seawall cap can be inspected without tearing up the front walk.
Night lighting on these walks is usually a low-voltage sleeve, not a trench cut after the fact. We set the sleeve before the bedding sand goes down. Hose bibs and irrigation valves stay in a flush box at the edge of the field.
PaverForge Hardscapes builds Snell Isle walkways from St. Pete Beach. Call 727-490-9798 to walk Dartmouth Avenue NE before the work is scoped.
