What Shore Acres courtyards need
We pitch the field off the house toward a drain or the yard, restrain the edge against the planting bed, and cut out root heaves instead of shimming them.
Canal lots do not get a patio spec under a furniture set if the base was never built. Compacted aggregate and locked joint sand are the repair, not a new color.
