Don Vista Neighborhood Driveways on St. Pete Beach
Don Vista is a short St. Pete Beach street of gulf-block and bay cottages between Pass-a-Grille and the Don CeSar side of the island. Drives are short, setbacks are small, and salt air reaches every joint.
Island staging and the city apron
There is rarely a side yard wide enough for a dump trailer and a pallet at the same time. We sequence demolition, base, and pavers so the street is not blocked overnight. The city apron and sidewalk stay in the public right-of-way; we match elevation at that line and do not bury the sidewalk.
Bedding sand and polymeric joints need a full cure window before irrigation or a rinse hose hits them. On a gulf lot that window is the difference between locked joints and a haze line after the first sea breeze.
How to start
Call 727-490-9798 or use the book-online page. Photos of the curb cut, the garage lip, and the side-yard gate are enough for a same-week walk-through from our St. Pete Beach shop.
