Flush Dock Power Pedestal Conduit Sleeves
A dock power pedestal lands on the seawall cap or the paver landing beside it. The feeder is the part nobody plans. If the conduit is buried under a finished field with no sleeve, the next pedestal swap means a saw cut through pavers that were just set.
PaverForge Hardscapes sets flush conduit sleeves for those pedestals across Pinellas beach and canal lots. Call 727-490-9798 or book a walkthrough at paverforge.com/book-online. The electrician owns the wire. We own the hardscape the sleeve passes through.
What a flush sleeve is
We set a PVC or HDPE sleeve from the pedestal footprint to a reachable pull point, then build the paver field around a collar that sits at finished grade. The lid or cap stone comes up. The landing does not. The sleeve stays clear of the seawall joint and of any cap repair joint we are already isolating.
Grade matters. A sleeve proud of the pavers is a trip. A sleeve low becomes a pond and a sand trap. We set the collar with the field, pitch water off it, and leave a note on the as-built so the next trade knows where the pull is.
When to add one
New pedestal pads on a seawall landing
Paver caps over an existing dock feeder
Boat-lift and fish-cleaning station power in the same run
Rebuilds where a future pedestal move is likely
If the pedestal is going in after the pavers, call before the field is sanded. A sleeve is cheap in the base and expensive after the polymeric sand is down. PaverForge will coordinate the collar with the landing so the cap stays intact.
