Flush Seawall Corner-Return Inspection Plates
Canal lots in Pinellas turn at a corner return, where two sheet-pile runs meet and the cap changes direction. That corner is where interlock, waler bolts, and cap joints get checked after a storm. A solid paver field over it means a saw cut the next time someone needs to look.
What the lot needs
A flush inspection plate is a removable collar set into the finished walk or cap so the corner can be opened without tearing the field. The plate sits level with the pavers, drains, and does not become a trip edge on the seawall walk.
How we build it
We coordinate the opening with the marine contractor, set the plate on a stable frame, and lock the surrounding courses so the field does not creep into the recess. This is a hardscape collar, not a seawall repair.
How to start a quote
