Flush Seawall Dock-Cart Stop Plates
A flush dock-cart stop plate keeps the seawall-cap pavers level at the water edge so a cart wheel does not drop off the field.
PaverForge Hardscapes sets those plates on St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, and the Pinellas canal lots we already work.
The marine contractor owns the wall, the piles, and the hardware. We own the paver bay that stays flush and can lift later.
What the plate is
It is a low stop set into the cap walk, flush enough that a hose still crosses it and high enough that a loaded cart does not roll off the edge. The plate is isolated from the seawall bolts so a future pull does not crack the surrounding courses.
We do not grout the plate to the cap. Pitch leaves the bay high enough that rinse water does not sit against the stop.
Call 727-490-9798 or book at https://www.paverforge.com/book-online if the cart is chewing the cap pavers at the water edge.
