Flush Seawall Fuel-Fill Splash Collars
A flush fuel-fill splash collar keeps dock rinse, drip, and hose splash in a framed bay instead of on the seawall cap pavers.
PaverForge Hardscapes sets those collars on St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, and the Pinellas canal lots we already work. The marine contractor owns the fill, the vent, and the bonding. We own the paver bay that stays flush and lifts later.
What the collar is
It is a small framed opening in the cap walk, set flush so a hose and a cart still cross it. The frame is isolation, not structure for the wall or the fuel fitting.
The collar catches rinse that would otherwise cut the joint sand and stain the field. It lifts when the fitting, the hose, or the deck seal needs a reset.
What we do not do
We do not size the fill, move a vent, or bond the fitting. That stays with the marine contractor. We do not bury the fitting under a locked border and call it finished.
