Flush Seawall Mooring-Ring Base Plates
A flush mooring-ring base plate keeps the seawall-cap pavers level around a ring that still has to take a line.
PaverForge Hardscapes sets those plates on St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, and the Pinellas canal lots we already work. The marine contractor owns the ring, the fastener, and the wall. We own the paver bay that stays flush and lifts later.
What the plate is
It is a framed opening in the cap walk, set flush so a hose and a cart still cross it. The ring sits in the plate, not proud of the field. We do not grout the ring to the pavers.
Pitch leaves the bay high enough that rinse water does not pond on the ring. A future pull does not crack the surrounding courses.
Call 727-490-9798 or book at https://www.paverforge.com/book-online if the mooring ring is rocking the cap pavers.
