Flush Seawall Pedestal-Seat Base Plates
A flush pedestal-seat base plate sets a removable dock chair socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the seat is stored.
PaverForge Hardscapes sets those plates on St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, and the Pinellas canal lots we already work. The marine contractor owns the pedestal, the fasteners, and the bonding. We own the paver bay that stays flush and lifts later.
What the plate is
A framed socket in the cap walk, set flush so a hose and a cart still cross it. The seat post drops in. The frame is isolated from the post so a future pull does not crack the surrounding courses. We do not grout the socket lid to the pavers.
Pitch leaves the recess high enough that rinse water does not sit in the bay.
Call 727-490-9798 or book at https://www.paverforge.com/book-online if the dock seat is rocking the cap pavers.
