Flush Seawall Pipe-Penetration Collars
Pool returns, irrigation mains, and dock water lines often leave the yard through the seawall cap and then cross the paver walk. If the pavers are cut tight to the pipe, the first settlement cracks the field and the sleeve disappears under sand.
What the collar is
A flush collar is a liftable paver bay or a set ring around the penetration, set to the walk surface so the cap path stays trip-safe. The pipe sleeve stays reachable for a marine contractor. PaverForge does not core the seawall, size the sleeve, or rate the wall. We build the paver collar so the walk survives the penetration.
The collar sits on the same compacted base as the walk, with edge restraint so the surrounding field does not creep into the opening. Pitch still leaves the cap. A collar is not a drain, and it is not a structural repair.
How a quote starts
For a canal-lot walk with a pipe through the cap, call 727-490-9798 or book at https://www.paverforge.com/book-online. Photos of the penetration, the cap walk, and the nearest joint are enough to start.
