Flush Seawall Solar-Light Base Plates
A solar dock light stuck on a seawall cap becomes a toe catch the first week, and the stake underneath is the part that fails. A flush base plate keeps the fixture in the paver field and leaves one bay liftable.
PaverForge Hardscapes sets those plates on St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, and the Pinellas canal lots we already work. The marine contractor owns the light, the stake, and any bonding. We own the paver bay that stays flush and lifts later.
What the plate is
A framed opening in the cap walk, set flush so a hose and a cart still cross it.
Sized to the light base, not to a guess from a catalog photo.
Edge restraint that does not pinch the stake or the battery door.
A liftable bay so the light can come out without opening the whole cap walk.
We do not wire the light or set the stake in the cap concrete. If the fixture is rocking the pavers, the plate is the hardscape fix.
