Flush Seawall Spring-Line Cleat Plates
A spring line is the midship line that keeps a boat off the seawall. The cleat that takes it often sits in the cap walk, proud of the pavers, and the field cracks around the fasteners.
A flush spring-line cleat plate keeps that hardware in a liftable bay so a hose and a cart still cross the cap.
What the plate is
It is a framed opening in the cap walk, set flush. The cleat stays serviceable. The frame is isolation, not structure for the wall. The marine contractor owns the cleat, the bolts, and the load. We own the paver bay that lifts later.
We do not grout the cleat to the surrounding courses. Pitch leaves the bay high enough that rinse water does not sit in it.
PaverForge Hardscapes sets those plates on St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, and the Pinellas canal lots we already work. Call 727-490-9798 or book at https://www.paverforge.com/book-online.
