Graham-Rogall St. Pete Paver Entries
Graham-Rogall is a midtown St. Petersburg neighborhood where front walks, alley parking pads, and side-yard utility runs share a very small footprint. PaverForge Hardscapes rebuilds those entries so the door, the alley, and the city sidewalk each get a joint that can move.
Alley-loaded pads are the common request. The alley grade is rarely the same as the garage slab, so we set a short transition, keep standing water off the threshold, and use a darker soldier course where tires enter. Trash and recycling pads can sit beside the pad with a trapped wash-down only if the drain has somewhere legal to go.
Midtown lots also hide sewer laterals and old irrigation. We open a cleanout ring flush with the new field and photograph the lateral mark before sand goes down. That saves a full tear-out the next time a plumber needs the line.
Alley throat pitched so stormwater stays in the alley, not the garage
Package-porch and lamp-post plinths set with the walk, not bolted on later
Edge restraint spiked on a closer spacing at alley corners
Color blend from two pallets so a small field does not look blotchy
Graham-Rogall, Harbordale, and Bartlett Park are on the same south-midtown loop. PaverForge Hardscapes, 727-490-9798, St. Pete Beach.
