Huntley Avenue Tarpon Springs Paver Walks
Huntley Avenue sits in the older residential grid west of the Sponge Docks, where short walks meet citrus trees, oak roots, and a city sidewalk that the county does not own.
What the walk has to do
Most Huntley lots are narrow. The walk is the only dry path from the driveway to a raised stoop, and it often shares the side yard with the irrigation backflow and the trash cans. A field that pitches toward the house will stain the stem wall the first summer storm.
PaverForge Hardscapes cuts the walk to the existing stoop, keeps a flush joint at the public sidewalk, and sets edge restraint where the oak roots are already lifting the old concrete. We do not pave over the water meter.
Base on a sponge-dock lot
Sugar sand under Huntley fills needs a geotextile and a compacted lime-rock lift before bedding sand. A thin overlay on the old walk cracks at the same joints. Call 727-490-9798 or book online with a photo of the sidewalk joint and the stoop.
