Lealman Terrace Driveways East of 49th Street
Lealman Terrace is the residential pocket east of 49th Street North, inside unincorporated Lealman. Lots are narrow. Some houses park from the street, some from a short alley. A dump trailer that fits a St. Pete Beach cottage may not fit these side yards.
Staging and section
We stage on the driveway itself and haul spoil the same day so the street is not blocked overnight. The section is still a real base: excavated subgrade, compacted aggregate, edge restraint pinned outside the tire path, and 80 mm pavers. A 60 mm patio paver is the wrong unit for this throat.
Utility lids in the field get flush grade rings. Downspouts that currently dump on the driveway are tied to a pop-up or a side-yard splash pad so the new joints are not the drainage system. Polymeric sand goes in only after the field is dry and the edges are restrained.
How to book
Call 727-490-9798 or book online. A photo of the alley or street frontage tells us whether the haul-off fits. PaverForge Hardscapes walks Lealman, Pinellas Park, and Kenneth City from the St. Pete Beach shop.
