Paradise Boulevard Treasure Island Courtyard Pavers

Paradise Boulevard runs through Treasure Island between the Gulf roads and the canal lots. Courtyards here share space with a boat trailer tongue, a screen cage, and salt that works into every joint. A field that looks finished on day one can open up if the edge was never locked.

PaverForge Hardscapes installs and re-levels those courtyards from St. Pete Beach, a short run south. Call 727-490-9798 or book a walkthrough at paverforge.com/book-online.

Salt, cage posts, and a trailer

We lay out the cage-post footings and the trailer swing before the pattern is set. Cutting pavers around a post after the field is sanded leaves a loose star of pieces. The same is true at the lanai track. A flush transition beats a threshold that catches the slider.

Drainage on a Paradise Boulevard lot is short and flat. We pitch to a drain or the yard, not against the house, and we set the grate flush so it is part of the pattern. Polymeric sand is chosen for a salt environment, not for a catalog photo.

What the walkthrough covers

  • Lanai and courtyard fields

  • Trailer and cart pads tied to the same base

  • Re-lay where salt and washout opened the joints

  • Screen-track transitions and flush drains

Treasure Island courtyards fail at the edge and the pitch, not at the color. PaverForge will mark both on site before the stone is ordered.
