Pennsylvania Avenue NE Shore Acres Courtyards
Pennsylvania Avenue NE is one of the streets named on the original Shore Acres Overlook plat. The courtyards here sit between the house, the screen cage, and often a canal or bayou edge.
PaverForge Hardscapes installs and re-levels those courts so the field stays locked after the wet season. Call 727-490-9798 or book at paverforge.com/book-online.
Canal air and the cage footer
Salt air and a cage footer are a joint problem. Stone butted hard to the footer will chip, and a field with no pitch will hold water at the slider. We leave a movement joint, compact the base, and send water to a drain or a low point that already works.
Re-level before a tear-out
If the units are still sound, a Pennsylvania Avenue court often needs a re-level, not a full replacement. That call happens on site. A photo shows the dip. It does not show whether the base under the cage is still there.
Send the court, the cage line, and where water goes now. We walk it before we lock a number.
