Rafael Boulevard NE Snell Isle Walkways
Rafael Boulevard NE walkways are the narrow run from the drive to the seawall steps, often squeezed by a condenser, a meter bank, and a screen-cage door.
What the path has to clear
A 30-inch path is too tight for a trash cart and a person. The condenser needs service clearance, and the seawall step should not become a trip edge when the field settles. We hold cart width where the side yard allows it and leave a lift-out course at the meter.
Cart width where the side yard allows it, not a single soldier course against the cage
Service clearance at the condenser so the next repair is not a demo job
Flush hose-bib and cleanout rings, not buried in joint sand
Pitch to the yard, not into the house or onto the neighbor's lot
