Shore Acres Boulevard NE is the spine of the neighborhood, wider than the state-named avenues and busier with boat traffic. Side yards on the boulevard are the service path: trash carts, AC condensers, and the walk to the dock. They are also the place water wants to sit after a king tide.

A side-yard paver run here needs a trapped low point or a channel that reaches the yard inlet, not a slope back to the lanai. Condenser pads stay isolated so the equipment is not rocking on the field. We leave a sleeve for the line set instead of cutting the pavers after the AC crew returns.

Fence posts and seawall returns get a collar, not a paver cut tight to the wood. Salt and irrigation swell the post and crack a tight cut within a season. The boulevard lots also catch more street splash, so we keep the first course off the sidewalk joint.
