Stonebriar Neighborhood Driveways in Palm Harbor

Stonebriar is a Palm Harbor subdivision off the East Lake and Keystone side of town, not the beach-lot pattern of Indian Rocks or the canal streets of Seminole. Drives are longer, oaks sit close to the pavement, and the apron still has to stop at the city line.

Long fields and root plates

A long drive needs a compacted crushed-concrete base in lifts, not a sand bed that pumps after the first wet season. Where an oak root plate has already lifted the old concrete, we undercut that pocket and separate the field from the root with geotextile instead of paving over the heave.

The private field ends at the city apron. We match the existing curb cut and do not pave into the right-of-way. Pitch leaves the garage and finds a swale or the street, not the neighbor's lawn.

Edge and color

A pinned soldier course keeps the first row from walking into the sod. We blend pallets on site so a long field does not read as stripes from the curb, and we keep a darker throat border where hot tires scuff.

PaverForge Hardscapes builds Stonebriar drives from a measured apron and a compacted base. Call 727-490-9798 or book at https://www.paverforge.com/book-online.
