First 30 Days After a Pinellas Paver Install
The first month after a Pinellas paver install is when the joints lock and the field tells you whether the pitch is working. It is also when a well-meaning pressure wash, an early sealer, or a furniture move can undo a clean closeout.
PaverForge Hardscapes writes aftercare into the handoff. Call 727-490-9798 if something looks wrong in week one. Do not wait until the stones have walked.
Traffic, irrigation, and furniture
Keep cars off a new driveway until we say the joints have set. Keep irrigation from pounding the field while polymeric sand is curing. Set furniture on pads, not raw metal feet that rust into the face of the stone. Pets and pressure washers belong after the joints have locked, not the afternoon the crew leaves.
Do not seal yet
Sealer on a field that is still breathing moisture, or that still has haze in the joints, traps the problem under a film. We would rather wait and seal only if the lot and the stone actually benefit. A wet Pinellas backyard is often better left unsealed than coated too early.
If joints wash, if a corner rocks, or if water sits against the house after the first storm, call 727-490-9798 or book online. That is a warranty conversation, not a DIY weekend. We also serve St. Pete Beach, Gulfport, and south St. Petersburg from the same crew.
