Neighbor-Notice Staging and Temporary Fencing on Tight Pinellas Lots

Most Pinellas beach and midtown lots do not have a contractor yard. The street is short. The neighbor's irrigation heads sit six inches off the property line. A dumped pallet is a claim.

PaverForge Hardscapes stages tight lots with notice, mats, and a fenced work zone. Call 727-490-9798.

What tight-lot staging actually includes

  • A written work-hour window the HOA or neighbor can live with

  • Access mats on sod and a defined pallet drop that is not the sidewalk

  • Temporary fencing or cones so kids and carts do not cut through wet joint sand

The install is only half the job. The other half is leaving the street, the verge, and the neighbor's lawn the way we found them.

How to start

Send a street-facing photo and note any shared drive or HOA work-hour rule. We plan the drop before the first truck rolls.
