Oil and Rust Stains on Pinellas Paver Driveways

Beach and mainland Pinellas drives collect lawn-mower oil, AC condensate rust, irrigation iron, and the occasional leaking pan. A stain is ugly. It is not automatically a failed base. Tearing out a locked field because of two spots is how people waste a good install.

PaverForge Hardscapes treats oil and rust stains and replaces only the units that are actually ruined. Call 727-490-9798 or book a visit at https://www.paverforge.com/book-online.

Treat the stain, test the base

We look at whether the field still sits flat, whether joints are still locked, and whether the stain is in the face or in the joint sand. Face stains often clean. Units that have soaked oil through the body get swapped. A rocking field is a re-level, not a chemical problem.

  • Oil and rust treatment on units that still have life

  • Unit swap when the stain has soaked through the body

  • Re-sand after cleaning so joints are not left open

  • Re-level if the stain visit reveals a settled apron or a rocking turn

How to start a stain visit

Send close photos of the spots, a wider shot of the field, and a note about what dripped. We tell you whether this is a cleaning visit, a unit swap, or a re-level before anyone brings a saw.
