18th Avenue North St. Pete Courtyard Pavers

Courtyards on 18th Avenue North are small, shaded, and usually sharing a side yard with an AC condenser. PaverForge Hardscapes builds those floors so rain leaves the house and the field does not heave when the oak drinks.

Base before pattern

A pretty herringbone on a soft bed fails by August. We excavate to a stable cut, compact the base in lifts, and set bedding sand only after the pitch is checked. Root zones get a bridged section instead of a paver laid on the root itself.

Edge restraint is hidden at the planting bed so the border does not walk. Condenser pads and hose bibs stay serviceable, with a flush ring rather than a cut that opens. Polymeric sand is swept only after the field is locked and dry.

Call 727-490-9798 or book online. Photos of the courtyard, the downspouts, and the side gate are enough for a same-day reply. We typically walk the lot before the number is final.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
