19th Avenue North Corridor Driveways in St. Petersburg

19th Avenue North runs through central St. Petersburg with a mix of mid-century slabs, side-load garages, and later paver overlays that have lost their crown. PaverForge Hardscapes rebuilds those fields so water leaves the garage threshold instead of ponding at the sidewalk.

Corridor constraints

Lots along this corridor often share a narrow parkway strip and a city sidewalk that has been raised after mill-and-overlay work. We re-key the private field to the new apron elevation, set a soldier course at the sidewalk, and keep the first course off the house slab with a bond-breaker so seasonal movement does not telegraph into the stoop.

Utilities through the field

Water meters, irrigation valves, and cleanouts get grade rings so lids finish flush with the pavers. If a main was replaced last year and the trench settled, we undercut that lane, proof-roll, and rebuild rather than raking extra sand over a soft pocket.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
