19th Avenue North Side Yards

Side yards on 19th Avenue North are the working lane: AC condenser, hose bib, trash cart, and the only path to the backyard. A loose paver path turns into a mud trench the first week the condenser condensate and a summer storm share the same low spot.

Side-yard spec

We build a narrow field with a real base, a setback from the condenser so the unit can be serviced, and pitch that carries water to the yard or a drain instead of against the slab.

  • Service clearance around the condenser and disconnect

  • Cart-width path that does not rock at the gate

  • Pitch off the house wall and the lanai track

  • Edge restraint so the border stays put in sandy soil

How to start

Call PaverForge Hardscapes at 727-490-9798. Photos of the gate opening, the AC pad, and the low end of the yard are the useful ones. We serve 19th Avenue North and the rest of St. Petersburg from the St. Pete Beach shop.

Flush Seawall Flag-Staff Socket Plates

A flush flag-staff socket plate sets a removable courtesy-flag socket in the seawall cap or dock-edge pavers so the opening is not a toe catch when the staff is out.
