23rd Avenue South St. Pete Paver Walks
23rd Avenue South sits in south St. Petersburg, between the 22nd Avenue South corridor and the Lakewood grid. Lots are narrow, oaks shade the parkway, and the private walk often meets a city sidewalk that has already been ground or raised.
What we reset
Failed concrete comes out to the property line. We compact base in lifts over geotextile where the sand is loose, then set pavers so the private walk lands flush with the sidewalk. A darker soldier course hides tire scuffs on the short parking pad.
If a city tree well or utility lid sits in the apron, we frame it with a cut border so a later city repair does not crack the field. Shade holds moisture, so we do not seal the same day as install.
How to start
Call PaverForge Hardscapes at 727-490-9798 or use the book-online page. Photos of the sidewalk lip, the low spot, and the street frontage are enough for a same-day reply. We walk the lot before we lock a number.
