29th Avenue South St. Pete Paver Drives
29th Avenue South is a quiet Lakewood-area street where short drives meet a sidewalk that already has a crown. The usual failure is a settled apron, not a color problem.
Drive and apron sequence
We saw-cut or lift the failed concrete, rebuild the base to the sidewalk elevation, and pitch the field to the street without sending water at the garage. A soldier course at the gutter can be reset if the city later adjusts the curb.
Root heave from parkway oaks gets a thicker base and a cut border, not a thin sand overlay. We leave a clean joint at the right-of-way so a sidewalk grind does not lock into the private pavers.
How to start
Call 727-490-9798. Send photos of the apron, the garage threshold, and any standing water after rain. PaverForge Hardscapes serves this grid from the St. Pete Beach shop.
